In swine, piperazine treats the large roundworm Ascaris suum and, per some labels, partially the nodular worm Oesophagostomum. It does not treat whipworms, lungworms, or external parasites.
Piperazine dosage for pigs & swine
A commonly cited swine dose is about 110 mg/kg of piperazine base (roughly 100–200 mg/kg by product), delivered in feed or drinking water. For groups, estimate total body weight and medicate the feed or water they'll consume in the treatment window, following your product's mixing rate.
